The PROCESS - beginning to end

Step 1 - The Start

Click that contact button. Email me. Call me. Text me. However you want, reach out to make sure I'm available for your wedding day and I can share some material on what I offer and what I can provide for your wedding photography.

Step 2 - The Consult

We setup a time to do a video/phone call to discuss everything. Everything that I can offer as well as whatever details you might have for your day. I follow it up with an email summary that includes a rough timeline to show you what it will take to get what you want done as well as a few quotes so you have hard numbers in front of you to help your decisions.

Step 3 - The Booking

Once you Contract and invoice for the 25% retainer to lock in your wedding day into my calendar.

Step 4 - Engagement

If you decide on an engagement session, I have a good familiarity of downtown Philly and can direct you to some spots that work well for sessions but the location is your choice. Whether its a mini session or a full session, we plan a route and spend a good amount of time with each other. Not only do you get some good photos of the two of you, but we will iron out any awkwardness for posing in front of a camera so that you look like models on the wedding day.

Step 5 - The Plan

Any discussions or questions beforehand, I work well with email but contact me however you prefer. I also create a Pinterest board as an option to communicate photo ideas to each other. A few weeks before the wedding we have another details meeting to discuss details of the day and I ask WAY too many questions to finalize our shot lists and priorities.

Step 6 - The Big Day

We will have everything planned out so no surprises and no chaos (at least from the photography side of things)

Step 7 - The Photos

I get you a few dozen shots mid week after the wedding so you can see that you looked good on your wedding day. All the photos will be turned around a month after the wedding so you wont have to wait too long. I send you a USB drive as well as a client gallery so you can quickly show off all your photos to friends and family.

Step 8 - The Album

If you choose to create an album with me, the process is very simple and you can get as hands on as you wish with the creativity as well as the content. I have you pick the photos that you want to use directly in our favorites board in the client gallery. You also have hundreds of cover options from material to color to debossing to cameos that I walk through with you so you're not overwhelmed. From there, I create the design which you will have plenty of opportunities to adjust and personalize so that you are completely in love with it.
